Installation was not plug and play, but it is quite doable. I was able to get this to work on my wifes old Window Vista 64 bit laptop. Buy HiLetgo Mini Vci J2534 V8.10.021 for OEM Toyota Cable & Software TIS. Just received Techstream cable last night and installed the software on my 64 bit computer. The MVCI driver will NOT install, I can promise you that.
